SPICED BLOOM is a natural-process Ethiopian coffee from Dambi Uddo in the Guji Zone, with a vibrant profile that brings together ripe berries, warm sweetness, and a subtle spiced character.

Notes of blueberry and blackberry lead the cup, followed by brown sugar sweetness and a gentle warmth that gives the coffee its name. Roasted to a medium-light level, it stays expressive and fruit-forward while developing enough sweetness and structure to feel balanced.
