Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

When you subscribe to a Grenah coffee, you'll receive repeat deliveries every two weeks or once a month, based on the frequency you select at checkout.

Your payment method is stored securely and charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle, at the price agreed to when you subscribed. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel — there's no minimum commitment.

You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time. Manage your subscription directly from your account, or use the link in your order confirmation email. If you need help, email us at hello@grenahcoffee.com.

Cancellations take effect before your next scheduled billing date; if a charge has already processed for an upcoming delivery, that order will still be fulfilled.
